Good advice... I don't see why anyone would consider going directly to the seller's agent, but then again, I am biased. It just makes sense for each party to have someone watching out for their best interests.
Definitely good advice, Kamal. Buyers need their own representation, separate from the listing agent, and also to protect them against themselves. There is too much that can go wrong.
