58 Comments on One No Closer To A Yes!
Evelyn, She is a joy to work with. We're pleased they chose us to help them :)
Joy, You're welcome! As soon as I saw the email last night it was a hit with me!
Bliz,
Love your client's attitude (and contribution of a post title.) It's a tough process. Keeping that in mind and having perspective will go a long way for ALL involved:-)
All the best, Michelle
One no closer to a yes. That's actually a great line in this market. There are so many homes that get multiple offers these days!
Great post, it is all just a numbers game, at some point the "no"s" will produce a "yes". We should all be so lucky to have such an enlightened seller!
Bill...
That is one savvy seller that you have there. Sounds like a great client to have.
thanks for sharing this BLiz, A positive attitude is important, hopefully you can pass this saying and attitude on to all of your clients
Michelle, Isn't it a matter of keeping the big picture in focus that makes it easier? :)
Eric, It's pretty fitting! We can count on one hand the number of times it's been the first showing or two that has brought the buyer.
Kathy, We consider ourselves fortunate indeed.
Richard, Most definitely!
Bob, It's added to our list of phrases now :)
BLiz - This isn't true just for our sellers. It's also true for us with our prospective clients.
Christine, The philosophy can certainly be applied in quite a few places in our lives.
Cheryl, It certainly is!
Valerie, It's a calming way to look at things that are often out of our direct control.
I bet it just made you want to reach out and (((HUG))) them!
Joni, The best I could do at the time was send back a quick email saying "I LOVE this!".
Great way to look at it!! It's almost like looking for something that's lost, you always find it in the last place you looked ;-) It's always the last buyer to see the place that buys it, more or less.
Carla, There's definitely some similarity in concept.
That's the type of seller we like working with - understanding from the start that their home is not going to be liked by everyone, and concentrating their thoughts on the one "Yes". Even the most gorgeous of all homes can only be sold to one "Yes". Loved the title.
Ellie, So true. Only one person gets to buy the home, our challenge is to find them and get them across the threshold :)
Joy, She said Joel Osteen was the source of her quote.
