Happy New Year!! Ready - Set - Go.

Well I just finished my office meeting and noticed how positive the agents were.  The old saying only the strong survive I think is really true.  This office is made up of mostly experienced agents who have been in the market for 10 or more years, their reason for their optimistic outlook for this year is just that. We are strong in marketing tools for our homeowners and this has given the agents a great feeling for the New Year. The market is probably the best it has been in years for the full time experienced agent.  Interest rates are low, prices are dropping and buyers are out looking.  So we're ready!!!!
