Edgewater is located just South of Annapolis and offers homes in all styles and sizes. With its easy access to the water, parks, golf, shopping and commuter routes Edgewater is a great location for an easy living lifestyle.
So what is happening with the Edgewater marketplace? Foreclosures and short sales are still a major part of the inventory in Edgewater accounting for 21% of the sales. Edgewater did see a 15% increase over sales of the previous month which is always good news. Closing assistance by seller to buyer is a huge part of the sales happening in Edgewater with 10 out of 14 sellers paying some form of closing assistance. Overall inventory decreased by 2 weeks from the previous month.
