Let me start by saying I have some of the best agents, no wait, I have the best agents. Smart, hard-working top producing agents! We have fun and make money together. But recently a couple of my agents have asked me to hold them more accountable and to get on them if they aren't doing what they need to do. This is hard for me, unless of course you are one of my teen children ;)
So it makes me wonder, who else is looking for accountability? Who else is looking for a tough love friend to help kick their real estate butt? I am thinking there might be a few more people out there looking for encouragement, advice and accountability.
Perhaps we can hook some of you up with some of my agents and together you can help each other grow.
