Wahoo!Before I started using electronic signatures they seemed like a great idea, but I had no idea just how incredibly helpful they would turn out to be.  When my company negotiated a deal for the service, I signed right up.  I NEVER want to go back to scanning and emailing!  

You know how that one goes:

...you send the document out to your client,

...who has to find a way to print it out & sign it,

...and then either go somewhere to scan or

...figure out how to use their printers scanning feature,

...only to have it come back to you as a teeny tiny photo!


AND...there’s an app for that!  I can open email attachments in the app, add signature blocks, and send it out to my clients...all from my phone.  I can get signatures in between appointments (pulling over to the side of the road of course.)

I have yet to have a client who didn’t find it incredibly easy to use.  In fact, shortly after subscribing to the service, I found out just how truly valuable it was.  I had two separate active duty military clients in the middle of offers and counter offers for their respective homes.  

One was on practice operations in another state and was able to access the system from his phone and sign the offer for his home instead of needing to get an extension and perhaps losing the contract.  

Another had been deployed to Afghanistan.  While we had a POA set up for his closing, he wanted to be involved in every step of the negotiations.  Through the miracle of modern communications and the ease of electronic signatures, the whole process went smoothly.

Trust me, you NEED this!  The sun may not shine brighter and the birds may not sound sweeter, but your life will be a whole lot less stressful with electronic signatures and your clients will thank you.
