Yes, I suspect you will see the greatest increase in the internet category as far as new prospects are concerned...

However, your sphere of influence and past clients are still your greatest asset and cost the least amount of marketing dollars when compared to online marketing so you will see your greatest ROI with referral marketing.

Online marketing is a great tool...depending on the lead sources.  Some lead sources may yield a high initial response rate  but you have to analyze the total number of qualified buyers that are generated to see the true conversion ratios and ROI.

Sarah, what always amazes me about this reality is how much WORK people put into the Internet when it is the relationships they need to develop instead. It shows the Internet doesn't pay off near as much as everyone thinks.
