Interesting. Initially it looked to me like a rolled up garden hose with a glaze...Have a great Wednesday!
That is really cool. Is that blown glass or do you not know?
Hi Joanna, Ok I give up, what is that? It certainly looks like NY art. LOL
Good morning Joanna -
How cool is that! Art is so interesting and can mean many things to different people. Could it possibly be a glass bee hive? Maybe a big ole cotton candy on a string? See how my imagination ran wild when I looked at it :)
Hope you enjoy a great Wordless Wednesday my friend.
John
Gary, could be-who knows? Thanks for stopping by.
Michael, it is not blown glass, it is hollow metal. Very cool.
Hi Sara, it is actually from an Israeli sculptor-hollow metal-it can be whatever you want it to be! It was UNTITLED!
Good morning my friend, yes to me it's an enormous hive made out of metal-but yes, it is so interesting and I love the form!
Joanna~ Very interesting... I too think it looks like a bee hive of enormous proportions! scary bees from that one though..
Round, like a circle in a spiral, like a wheel within a wheel...............never ending or beginning, on an ever spinning reel. Very cool Joanna.
Hi Joanna.... wow....I love that outdoor sculpture......I might even bring that indoors.... I love contemporary designs...
Hi Janis, attack of the killer bees!!!
Roger, you never cease to find the words, or the tune!
Yes Barb, it was so much fun to see this-hmmm, where would you put it, on a floor or would you hang it?
My life is a song or a movie..............it''s easier that way.
Ditto, my life is definitely a movie-often Private Benjamin!
Perhaps we're kindred spirits...............my movie is often The Way We Were..............
What an interesting piece Joanna! Wondered if it was just an ornament or was a light or something....BTW love Meg Ryan movies.
Hi Roger-I think we might be. And, my cousin Kenny Sladon (RIP) lived in Oakland Park and built many of the homes there!
Hi Al and Peggy, yes, it does look like a Christmas Ornament as well, I never thought of that. No, it just hung there and reminded me of a hike. I love Meg Ryan movies too -When Harry Met Sally, a Classic!!!
Hi Joanna - I see I'm not the only one burning the midnight oil. Hope you had a productive day my friend. Time for me to hit submit on a listing then calling it a night in the office. See you in the Rain!
Hope you got a good night's sleep-nothing like hitting submit before hitting the hay! See you in the AM!!!
Happy Mothers Day... Enjoy your son my friend!
Thanks John, have a wonderful day with the moms in your life!
