I'll be Booth #11 if you want to come by and say hi! Also note the Susan B Koman, Race for the Cure will be in the vicinity. Lots of good stuff in South Town this weekend! Check it out!

Unique among home tours, this one features exclusively “green homes” in one of San Antonio’s hippest areas – Southtown! All the homes are in designated historic neighborhoods – see firsthand how homes can be made efficient and green while still maintaining the historic charm and character of the neighborhood!

The Tour will feature homes in Lavaca (the oldest neighborhood in San Antonio), King William, and the surrounding area! Six beautiful single-family projects and one unique multifamily project await you that have had significant improvements in energy and water efficiency to render them officially “green.” There has never been a tour like this in San Antonio!

Be sure to stop by the Fair, too! Food, fun, and live music! Numerous companies and organizations will be on hand showcasing energy and water efficient products and services that you can incorporate into your home to save energy! Endre - The branding has been good for building relationships. In fact, this event is actually a partnership with a builder who I expect to have much success with. We're working on a huge project that will green up the city and put some cash flow in our pockets! This is sort of the pre-cursor event to what is to come.
