Our Local Real Estate BOARD came out to our great city of Airdrie.  12 minutes from Calgary we sit to the north.

Population of 44,000 people

We have big BOX stores, locally owned Stores, and a wide array of Restaurants.

OUR REAL Estate Market is up 38% from this time last year.  Although no where near the PEAK of 2007, we still sit 5% below this peak.

OUR average index price for a single family home is up as well

CALGARY prices are still approximately 20% higher - SO the VALUE in Airdrie DRAWS people to move here.

APARTMENT / TOWNHOUSES are still  lagging 20% below the peak prices of 2007.  THIS type of property is the last to RECOVER in both Calgary and Airdrie.

AIRDRIE is an appealing city on wide range, from local events (ARTEMBER, FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS, PARADES, ANNUAL FOOD HAMPER DRIVES, AIRDRIE RODEO) and more.
