LOCALISM CAUSES RING~ISM!

Phone

If you are one of those who still have yet to discover the power of a Localism post, you might want to re-think them.  Since I began putting an emphasis on Localism posts, one of the most noticeable things has been the fact that my phone rings so much more!  I am finding that I have the opportunity to give people helpful information about the area as a result.

It is funny too when you get that call that says, "Hi, is this such and such store?"  Or, one of the strangest things has been receiving an invoice that was meant for a large oil & gas company that I had written about.  I probably receive at least 2-3 calls per week specifically because when they Googled something that they were looking for my Localism blog pops up even before the company they were looking for popped up.

The power of Localism is evident!  These posts typically rank very high on the search engines thus giving you maximum exposure!  I now have so many people referring me as, "the agent who KNOWS The Woodlands!  I love it!

So get cracking if you have been lacking in the Localism department!  You will be surprised with the results of posting good, consistent, local posts!  Get ready!  Ring~ring!

I love getting calls or even a mention when I have written a Localism post.  I wrote one post on a local Inn and received an email from the Manager of the Inn thanking me.  What a pleasure.

Paula, you are so right.  When I post about popular local venues, Google generally send the post to page one!

Jon, so glad you are now blogging those Localisms posts.  It is amazing how they can drum up business.
