It's a new year! It seems, in my mind, that an awesome opportunity has been given to me to move forward. It's time to take control. For 2008, I am resolving to make one extra sales call a day. I know it doesn't seem like much but I want to keep the goal realistic. I could say that I'll make five more calls but I know that's not true.
I've decided to adopt the attitude that with a new year comes new avenues to pursue. As a real estate professional, I have been trying to deal with a tough market, frustrated sellers and slow to move buyers. I don't know how it's been with you but I've gotten nothing but calls from concerned sellers wondering what is "going on". Where are the buyers? Why aren't properties selling? etc.
It's time I took control. That what my one new call does - it lets me take control. I decide who to call and I decide when. Ah the small victories
