Back last month, a Keller Williams agent out of Gig Harbor WA posted a comment to one of my articles on SOUNDBITEBLOG. After tossing a few e-mails back and forth, I sent him an invitation to join our beloved network.

Please take a moment to send an e-mail welcoming Matt Thomson to our ranks! He is affiliated with the Keller Williams office in Gig Harbor WA, and also maintains an 'outside' blog, "Gig Harbor Undressed." (please don't be worried. There is no nudity on his blog, except for maybe pictures of his dog, Sebastian)

It's great to have some new faces in our own neighboring Rain Puddle! Other recent new members are Jo Soss, an agent with Skyline Properties, and Marlene Scheffer of Realty Station, both based in nearby Bremerton WA.

Let's All make it one of our New Year's Resolutions to spread the ActiveRain Cheer and invite more people to participate and benefit from this great community!

Thanks for the welcome...it's been fun.  Just as an FYI, if any of you like the GigHarborUndressed blog (yes, only Seb will be naked on there), keep in mind that you can have your own "Undressed" blog as well.  Our network is growing, and our focus is to capture the marketplace of our entire town.  If somebody Googles "Gig Harbor Real Estate", every realtor from here to Seattle will show up.  I'm now on page 1 of Google on over 22 search terms that I've tried...when people search for shopping, Christmas tree stands, Mexican food, info on the new YMCA, etc, my blog pops up on page 1.

Let me know if you're interested or visit RealEstateUndressed.com to find out how to "own" your town.  It's a ton of fun and a great compliment to your blog on this site.
