South End Bathroom Revitalization!

The designs have been finalized and the construction has commenced for a master and guest bathroom in this South End Townhouse!

 In the master bathroom the goal was to create an opulent and rich feel. The shower tile is a porcelain tile that appears almost identical to the real look and feel of Venatino marble. This is coupled with the real Venatino marble hexagon flooring and a black granite border, along with a quartz countertop on a dark cherry vanity. With classic plumbing fixtures and a chair rail, this upscale bathroom came together.

The challenge in the guest bathroom was to create a modern looking bathroom that would still fit within the style of the client’s Victorian home.  A modern look was achieved by using a Xylem vessel sink, a sleek faucet and natural quartz countertops. These features, coupled with the Victorian wainscoting, Kohler’s Archer® toilet and antique lighting, blend perfectly in this bathroom to create the transitional feeling the client was looking for.  We would be remiss not to mention the highlight of this bathroom, which is a gorgeous pale blue glass mosaic tile used on the shower wall to create and instant "wow" factor upon entering the room.

Boulevard Glass tiles in 'Breeze':   These glass tiles are inspired by glass tumbled by the sea. The use of varying widths creates an interesting interlocking pattern, and special backing on these tiles reflects light, to maximize brightness in a room.

Reminder!

     On May 19th, in collaboration with the Room to Dream Foundation and one of our recent clients, we will be hosting an outdoor party, silent auction   and “friendraiser” to help support the Room to Dream Foundation.  The Room to Dream Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving thelives of chronically ill children. They do this by doing "Extreme Room Makeovers" for such children in an effort to raise their spirits and encourage recovery.
