What great news, congrats! You can blog all day long if your heart desires, but when the leads start coming in it is totally worth all that hard work.
Suzanne this is awesome! Keep on keeping on with the blogs. No turning back now my friend.
Good for you, Suzanne! Proof that blogging really works ... continued success always!
Suzanne - It's encouraging posts like this one that keep motivating me to do more!
COuldn't agree more... The Google juice that I have gotten over the years has probably done more for getting my phone to ring than anything else. It is a postcard to the world.
You are right. I tried it. Very nice. Keep it up. And, when I go "public", I hope mine show up, too.
Suzanne,
Sounds like you are back in the pink and blogging away...What you blog about and who you are makes a whole lot of difference, Google is not just looking for any old content, they are looking for ORIGINAL content,,,A
Many of my leads come because of my placement AR has given me in the search engines.
that is the value I live for with active rain too, impressed me beyond belief to spend just my time to get great google placement!
I know that AR works too Suzanne. It sure is cool to see yourself at the top of the google results.
Suzanne, that is some impressive statistic, have you checked recently since Google Pinguine?
I'm working at it. I think the reason I don't get any leads is because this area is so very rural. There are less than 32 thousand people in my county and the county to the south has less than 40 thousand people.
I missed that session. I went on a listing appointment last week. I Googled the seller's neighborhood and I was the first organic search result. The sellers couldn't believe it because I've never even had a listing there. It's a small neighborhood that agents are much interested in and, therefore, not blogging about. But I am and that's why I ranked #1.
Good job. Now, can you work on me, too? Let run off and check where I am.
Congrats, Google Superstar!
