Jeff, That is a large number of inactive homes just for a couple of months. Most of the savvy home buyers and sellers these days only work with agents who have an intense online marketing. Best wishes in 2008.

Jeff,  Smart move offering your customers all those added services. Much better than those with marketing plans based upon decreasing a homes asking price $10,000 a crack until they start getting showings. How much money do those homeowners loose while their home is overpriced?

Thanks Gary for the comment.  Overpricing is now at an epidemic level in Lancaster County.

Hard to believe, Donald, that so many agents would allow a 12/31 expiration date - right after the holidays!  Always set it for a couple of weeks into January...IMO.

Jeff, a lot of listings expire on the last day of the month.  The end of December is also the end of the year, and so there are traditionally more expirations on December 31 than on any other day.

Many of these listings will be relisted by the same agents.  It's careless that these agents let their listings expire before renewing them.
