  • The Average list price per square foot is $112.74, down from $114.81, on January 9, 2012. The current price spread per square foot is $96.34 to $143.89.
  • Square footage of the active listings ranges from 1,750 square feet to 4,318 square feet.
  • Lots range in size from .21 acre to .37 acre.

Solds

  • Thirteen homes have been sold since January 9, 2012.
  • Three homes are currently under contract.
  • Average sales price is $244,146, down from $261,983, on January 9, 2012.
