41 Comments on Structuring Videos on YouTube For SEO
Hi Jeremy - I have done this to some extent on my videos, but I think the key (no pun intended) is to figure out the right title and key words to get people to look at a video of a listing.
Jeremy:
I am going to try your suggestions in my YouTube video. Is using your URL in keywords a good idea as #20 Eric Estate mentioned?
Jeremy
Thanks for some great tips which can easily be implemented with a little thought.
Quite franklly I am amazed that that many people are looking at a video about a doll that pees and poops and happens to be blonde (blond), but that's just me. My kids are grown so I am clearly not in the "in group." LOL

Jeremy, great tips. I will be giving it a try to see how it works. Need to put a little vid together now ; )
Hi Jeremy- simply but essential great info... now, of course, all I have to do is to make a video!
Hi Jeremy. I sorta thought that's how it worked. Anytime we have the option to "fill in the blank", we should use keywords, for SEO. Thanks for confirming.
I am bookmarking to watch when I get to my laptop. The video scene is new to me and I am just getting my feet wet. Thanks for the information. I need all the help I can get.
Jeremy, this is an easy tip to remember. Thanks for taking the time to point this out for us.
Thanks Jeremy! Bookmarked for future reference! Probably owe you a Mountain Dew for this!
Hi Jeremy, great instructional video that shows the importance again of the keywords in the right place. Did not know this, thanks.
Agree with comment #20 - get the backlink from including your URL in the description!
Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for this tutorial -- worthy of saving for future reference! -- and of a REBLOG ==>
Best,
Kevin
The link mentioned in #20 doesn't do really anything for SEO as the search engines do not follow those links. They are labeled <nofollow> in the coding.
However, it is nice to put those links there to hopefully drive the views back to your website. I do that regularly.
I keep forgeting how much traffic is on YT. Thanks for the reminder & tips.
Jeremy, thanks for the reminder to do the simple and obvious keywords so that the search engines will see and rank our videos!
Sharon
Video is so powerful for SEO, great post!
Good post. As per post #23 does it help to redo older videos with this information
