North Georgia Blue Ridge Real Estate Heats Up - What's a Buyer to Do?

Dramatic Changes Occurring in North Georgia's Blue Ridge Real Estate Market

 What’s a Buyer to Do?

North Georgia Real Estate market conditions are changing.  Market condition information is critical to home buyers and investors looking to purchase real estate in the Blue Ridge market area.  Understanding the dynamics of supply and demand help buyers know what to expect when entering into a real estate transaction.

Inventory (suppy) of real estate has decreased dramatically and is currently at the lowest level in more than six years!Homes for Sale in North Georgia Prices have also declined to their lowest levels in many years with interest rates still  at all-time historic lows.  These dynamics are creating a heated market in certain price points with certain types of properties.

Since dramatic changes are occurring in this market area, there are several dynamics a purchaser should know.  One in particular is buyers may find themselves in a multiple offer situation, especially on lower priced homes and foreclosed properties.  In some cases, a home buyer or investor may be surprised to learn that even with a strong offer, they lose out to another bid.

The expectation for the North Georgia Blue Ridge area is the local real estate market will continue to heat up throughout 2012.  Indications show the market is moving away from a “buyer’s” market to one that is more balanced.

I invite serious buyers to contact me today!I am trained and Donna Yates Real Estate in North Georgiaexperienced in representing buyers and guiding them through these evolving conditions to achieve a successful real estate purchase.

Rhonda: At least now, we are starting to see some positive news in the housing market, not just here but all around the country. Changing with it will be much easier on the ride back up than it was on the ride down.

Donna, that's great news for the real estate market in Blue Ridge!  We're seeing similar things here in metro Atlanta too.

Jen: It's been a long haul but finally glad to see good news popping up all over the country.  Atlanta and Flordia are great feeder markets for my area so we are very glad to hear things are getting better both in Atlanta and metro and many markets in Florida.
