It may be a new month, but our top Realtors from last month remain on top! Mirtha Barzaga, Pauline Cake and Jennifer Todd were not only recognized for their hard work in March, but also the first quarter of 2012. The Davidson team had over $4.1 million in closings and over $5.7 million in sales for April. Congratulations to all!

Mirtha Barzaga is our Top Producer in April with 4 closings totaling $664,000. She closed two homesites in the King & Bear in World Golf Village, one of which came with a coveted golf membership to the one-time-only collaborated course by Nicklaus and Palmer. Mirtha was our Top Producer and Top Lister in March and the Top Lister for the first quarter. Mirtha is our go-to girl on all things Heritage Landing, so make sure to give her a call with any questions or check out her Heritage Landing Facebook Page to stay up-to-date on community information.

Jennifer Todd is the Top Sales Agent for April with over $700,000 in buyer sales and over $800,000 in total sales. She sold 6 homesites in the King & Bear and had a new construction sale with Dream Finders Homes. For new construction questions or assistant, Jennifer is the one to call! She was our Top Producer for the first quarter.

Last, but not least, is Pauline Cake – Our Top Lister in April with over $600,000 in listings sold. She sold 3 of her own listings in April all in World Golf Village. That’s no surprise to us because Pauline has always been our resident WGV expert. She was our Top Sales Agent in March and for the first quarter.
