EQagent features a single page for managing all aspects of your EQ account, the “My Account” page. Agents can manage their profile, Coverage Areas, billing and much more from this unified page. Many of the items that were previously grouped under the Edit Account Information page are now shown as stand-alone sections, enabling agents to locate and update information substantially quicker. Not only can you access your profile from this section, you can also use the “My Files” section to update E&O Insurance or license info, check what is currently on file in the “Payment Information” section, modify property alerts and much more. Instead of Coverage Areas and Display Options being grouped together, agents will now see both of these sections separately which means you can update your comments or agent photo without going through the coverage areas page. The streamlined My Account page means you can access what you need, when you need it, quickly and efficiently!
