Today was a great day!  I showed about 9 houses in Eureka, CA for my client whom I have been working with for over a year now on her first home purchase.  I know that we are suppose to only show our clients about 3 to 4 homes at a time because anymore homes and they will not remember all the details of some of the homes.  We saw about 3 homes on Humboldt Hill, one on London Drive which she likes very much.  It was surprising because it was the first home we walked into and she liked it right away. 

We had lunch in the middle, but we managed to see the rest of the homes by 5pm today.  All in all, it took about 6 hours to see all those 9 homes in Eureka today.  By the end, we were all exhausted, but it was good because my client works a lot and typically does not have the time to go house hunting as often as other people.  Well tonight I am sure she is going to be thinking about all those homes we saw today in Eureka, Humboldt Hill and Cutten, CA.  I told her not to rush anything because this is her first home purchase, a big purchase, and it should not be rushed.  She thanked me and I told her to call me anytime if she has any questions.
