Not just because WE live in Southern CA means ALL women have had boob jobs. On that NOTE, that doesn't mean that because you have BOOBIES, you don't have brains. Seriously? Why would a MALE Realtor(R) make such a comment? Just because you are slightly or very attractive, that means a woman has no brains!?? What has this world come to? I have so many friends that have had enhancements and can run a corporation all at the same time! It doesn't mean they are bimbos, not smart and are taken care of by an older man and can't be knowledgeable enough to look good and SELL a home??! It's just NOT the case! Tell me there are plenty of men out there that are decent enough to answer this for me in a respectful manner.

I get a bit annoyed when men on the other side of our country make horrendous remarks about woman in such a manner and believe that that's all it takes for men to get business by PUTTING DOWN a nice looking woman that may have had an enhancement or two or three.... I am appalled that people think it's ok and commend a man for displaying such judge-mental rudeness. I am just saying.... I am not laughing.... Do I have a sense of humor? Yes. But does this topic make one laugh? Not me. [AND THERE WERE MANY WOMEN JOKING ABOUT IT TOO>>>> I WAS QUITE DISAPPOINTED] And so what if she looked like Jessica Rabbit.... If, she landed that LISTING APPOINTMENT AND LISTING with flying colors... so be it!!

Can a woman look good and make a buck? MY ANSWER: Absolutely! Perhaps, you think I am being too defensive! Don't know, BUT my answer is; "YES!!!!" I know an awesome Realtor(R) in Southern CA and both our boys played football at Mater Dei and a complete "barbie doll", but she was also one of the top Realtors in OC. Yes, she could walk into a restaurant and turn heads and got a few listings in the millions that month I first met her. I saw her handing her card over to a gentleman at a pub one day after work and in two minutes she had a potential client. HEY! Maybe they <the enhancements bring BIZ!>, but I know for a fact how knowledgeable she is in our field, after long hours of discussing the market, clients and listings.... I KNOW FOR A FACT HOW KNOWLEDGABLE SHE IS IN OUR INDUSTRY. We are still friends to this day!

I just don't think men or women should hate on killer bodies and brains! Just go out and get the next listing or buyer with your own people skills. After all-- 80% of cosumers decide on individuals and not company name AND ANOTHER STATISTIC>>> 78% of Buyers choose a home online and typically go with the Agent they find online.   That should say something.............. So, don't get mad when you go on a listing MEN and find out a WOMAN beat you out of that deal... I am just saying.... AND "NO" THAT PERSON WAS NOT ME! AFTER ALL, I HAD A BREAST REDUCTION!!!! <LOL> NOW, YOU KNOW JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT ME, YOU PROBABLY DIDN'T WANT TO KNOW...................
