Back in September, I posted a AR blog about what's on my Ipod and what it teaches me.  Well, back then I promised to share more.  I have added and deleted a few of the podcasts.  I see one issue of some of the podcasts and that is consistency.  I had some of my favorite go bye-bye.  I am not sure why.  I guess I did care enough for them too email or call to find why they quit.

So, I am going to add five more must listen podcast.  Well, must listen to me. I am even adding a device to my car.  So, I can listen to my Ipod while I drive without the earphones.  Plus, I am really tired of hearing the "had a bad day" song that my daughter loves.  But, it did get me out of a speeding ticket.

So, really now, back to Ipod University.  So, here are five more new podcasts.

1. Internet Marketing for Real Estate Agents: Sadly, this is one of the ones that have not updated in a while, but you can go back and listen to some of the old ones and maybe glean a good idea or two.  Really, isn't that what we all need from day to day, a good idea or two.

2. Morning Coach:  I must admit this guy is an old high school friend of mine.  He is great to listen to and has some fabulous in-site to living a better more fulfilling life.  They update every morning and it is a short 15 minutes a day, 365 days a year.  They follow simple easy personal development and life coaching principles.  They even have a great forum on their site.

3. The Real Estate Guys Radio: Here you'll find plenty of information about the show, the host, the guests, plus some great real estate information and resources.  I do believe that you can even hear them on the radio.

4. Marketing Monday: 10 Real Estate Marketing Ideas in 10 minutes.  The only 10 minutes that last anywhere from 11 to 20 minutes.  I am joking but this is very informative.

5. Wall Street Journal on Small Business, the name says it all, it was hard to get a link for this one, but if you do a search for it.  I am sure you find it quite easily.  It is a bit shallow, but you will learn something.  They are very short, but very informative.

Well, there you go more podcast for you to listen to and learn.  Remember, if you don't have time to read you can always listen, and before you know you will be an expert with a great education.

Any questions please let me know.
