Here are April’s stats showing our inventory, active listings and those under Contract in the Charlotte Metro region for both single family homes (SFH) and condos & townhomes in the entire region.

Gabe: Thank you so much! We do have some fabulous listings and this time next week, most of them will be GONE! It's unbelievable how our market has turned over the past few months. And, yes, distressed properties are shrinking not 'shadowing' like we've heard for the past 3 years!
