I have 2 computers and my cell phone receiving emails thoruogh outlook and I am getting frustrated when I get an email I need at the office and I get home and it's not on my outlook there.. I have checked the box on outlook that says "Leave mail on server" but the mail is still not getting to me! Is there something I can be doing differently? I would leave it on my phone until i got home and then forward the important ones but that's a pain. Large amounts of email also bog down my cell. Help!!! Any suggestions?

Joel,

Click in this order:

  • Tools
  • E-Mail Accounts
  • View or change
  • change
  • more settings
  • Advanced
  • remove from the server after ___ days (you pick)

Now your e-mail will download to each of your devices and clear itself every ten days.  Let me know if that gives you trouble and we can do a telecon.
