This is an amazing story of a guy who had given up hope for many years.  He somehow found his way back to health and being able to walk and run through yoga. I can only imagine the struggle he went through. And I can also imagine how great he feels now!  An Inspiring story that says Never Give Up!

 

I'm not into yoga but I know friends that are and they keep telling me how it's been so great for them.  I think it just might be time to find a yoga shop close to my neighborhood.  How about you?

Thank you so very much for sharing that with us, Anna. What an amazing story, great reminder to always believe in yourself. I have done yoga before, even tried hot yoga, I never stuck with it. Lately I have been debating giving it another go, I now have my answer. Back to yoga class I go :))

This is an amazing story Anna.  I do enjoy yoga.  We have hot yoga here.  105 degrees in 45 percent humidity for 50 minutes.  By the time you are finished you are so relaxed and their isn't a tight muscle in your body.
