These Raspberries are one of the essentials to an awesome fruit smoothie. I use a hand full of fresh Strawberries, a Banana, fresh Pineapple, a Mandarin Orange, Blackberries and Blueberries and these Raspberries along with 2 tablespoons of 100% Organic Honey. It is a great way to start the day. It is chock full of vitamins and minerals. When I was speaking with Noah Seidenberg last week, we talked about how these fruits are now available year around even where he lives in Chicago. He also enjoys a daily fruit smoothie.
Now for my secret ingredient.
I add 2 tablespoons of Benefiber. Adding more fiber which is tasteless and flavor free really makes my fruit smoothie extra healthy. This product is a great way to get more fiber and is a natural for this drink.
