The Outer Banks Relief Foundation was started in 2004 to help locals in the community who are burdended with financial difficulties due to a debilitating disease or illness, or a personal tragedy or crisis to themselves and/or their families. Since then, the Outer Banks Relief Foundation has provided over $300,000 to over 200 local citizens in need.
Each year The Outer Banks Relief Foundation holds a local fundraiser to raise money for the organization.
