Shame on you JP Morgan Chase!  Not so Customer Friendly.

I listed a clients home and started a Short Sale process with JP Morgan Chase at the beginning of the year.  After submitting all the required paperwork and many hours on the phone we have to start all over.

Doing everything I was asked including but not limited to doing a Comparable Market Analysis for them.  We had an offer very quickly and it sat there collecting dust.  What a fiasco with the company they use to do their Appraisals.  That in itself took over a month to get accomplished.

We were told right after they get the Appraisal back they will have their own appraiser check it out to make sure it was legit. Don't understand that one but OK. Then it would take 10 days for their negotiators to look over everything and we would have an answer on our offer to purchase.

I called on the 11 day and could not the lady I was assigned to on the phone.  Her extension had been disconnected.  When I finally talked with someone I got the surprise.  So sorry but WE SOLD that loan to RCS two days ago.  WHAT?  RCS told me I they don't even have all the information on this loan yet but go ahead and send them all the Short Sale papers I had submitted to Chase.  More than likely I will be doing it again with RCS own Short Sale package.

Corporate Greed

A few of my pet peeves with JP Morgan Chase:  

You can't talk to anyone until 10am.

Took a month and a half to get an Appraisal from their Supplier who also didn't know what the right hand was doing.  From people who could not speak English to asking to get in the home by several of their employees at different times.  Never setting up the appointment until I complained so loud that they finally did the job. 

The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.  Continued to send Short Sale info to fill out to my client when we had submitted the same info weeks before and then being to by the to Disregard what we are getting in the mail that they have all the information that they need.

Selling a loan at the 11th hour of a Short Sale with out telling the Home Owner or the Listing Agent!  Buyer will probably walk now. 

Our staff will do whatever it takes to help our customers, during these stressful times in their lives. Really??? not the case here is it!  SHAME ON YOU JP MORGAN CHASE!!!

I know about Chase short sales. I have the same feelings as you. I can't believe they sold the loan during the process and didn't tell you anything about that situation. Oh the world of short sales and a lot of paperwork. My broker saw me standing at the fax machine one morning with a two inch stack of papers waiting to be faxed to the bank. The stack was extra large because this short sale couple owned their own business, and the financials were extensive. He looked at me and shook his head. I told him not to worry, that I was faxing to an 800 number.
