6 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
11 homes sold for under $300,000
April 2012 home sales are up over last April 2011 by 31% ! This South Kingstown real estate market is continuing and upward trend which is great news for sellers. But buyers do not despair since the huge home inventory still makes South Kingstown a buyers market.
South Kingstown Average Home Sale Price in April 2012 was $314,852. South Kingstown homes sold on average for 93% of list price and was on the real estate market for 115 days on average.
There were 257 South Kingstown homes for sale in April 2012 which was a 9 % increase in homes over the prior month. The number of sold homes has increased by 1 home this month. Pending sales dropped 6%.

Ginny, The market is looking good...here anything under $500,000 flies and New Construction is even hotter. We had several full priced bids for a home under construction....now we need to find property so Joe can keep up with demand.
