So I was listening to the radio this morning and heard the “Louisiana Rebuilds Minute.” It is a segment that the local radio station 89.9 WWNO airs and the person discusses something topical for New Orleans. This one was about the problem surrounding Entergy complaints and the new solution.
Before this new solution, one had to complain to an Entergy representative…obviously it rarely worked out in the customer’s favor! Now you are able to have an independent third-party arbitrator hear your complaint. Granted, this only applies to disputes that cannot be resolved by the customer service representatives but it is still a pretty good step! Great for New Orleans and other Entergy customers!
