Congratulations on another wonderful sale on a HUD property for your very excited first-time home buyers.
Way to go, John. Some agents in our area are afraid of HUD houses. Just because the process is different doesn't mean we should exclude that part of our business. I've sold two HUD homes this year so far.

Thank you for taking time to drop by my post today. I truly appreciate each of. I wish I had time to respond to each of you individually but think you can relate that working with clients come first. I had rather spend that time reading and commenting on your posts.
This nice HUD home indeed did take more time and effort in all the paperwork but is worth it in making my first time home buyers real estate dreams become a reality.
