Hot Off the Press: South Sound Security Survey

According to Sperling's best Places of Portland's security survey, the Olympia area ranked highest nationwide in security for mid-sized towns. The study looked, among other factors, at crime rates, life expectancy, risk of natural disasters and air quality. The people living in the South Sound area already know what a safe place Olympia is. The climate is moderate, the economy is strong, the air is clean and there are plenty of local medical facilities. These quality of life factors are why my  family decided to settle here. Now that the word is out I hope Olympia's appeal will increase for people undecided where to move to in Washington.
