The Anthem Parkside, like the Country Club has been on fire lately as well. The number of sold homes declined up in April, but only because there are so few homes on the market at this time. At this moment there are only 51 homes on the market in Anthem Parkside. Prices are rising by all measures, average sale price is up as well as price per sq. ft. The real tell tell sign of our market improvement is the sale price to list price ratio. The days on market of homes sold also spiked dramatically, a symptom of the demand for homes, regardless of their days on market, and/or if they are short sales. At one point over the past several years buyers steered away from short sales. But because of the scarcity of homes on the market more buyers are opting to go that route.
