If you are a buyer looking for a home in East Mesa, one of my favorite family communities is Crismon Creek. Crismon Creek is located on the eastern edge of Mesa just one mile east of the 202 and south of the 60, nine miles from Gold Canyon and hiking trails galore, 20 minutes from Canyon Lake and Saguaro Lake for boating, skiing and fishing; one mile from a new hospital - Mountain Vista Medical Center; Superstition Springs Mall; restaurants; and the new Supersition Gateway Center at Signal Butte and Baseline.

Homes in East Mesa and in Crismon Creek are affordably priced, and in a great location.

This is not a lake community, but the retention basins fill up with water when the monsoons come or when we get a good rain like we did on November 30.

Teri, very nice.  We used to live in Scottsdale near Chapparel Park (Chaparel/Hayden).  We use to walk around the park in the fall/winter/spring months....feed the ducks....what memories you brought back!

Hi Cynthia, if you ever came to Arizona - right now in my area - it is 67 degrees, you might never want to leave. That's why we have so many that either buy second homes or move here for good. One visit is generally all that it takes. :-)
