Best web hosting for a Mortgage Pro

Alright Rainers, I have a friend, who I will soon introduce to this site who is (first thing's first) shopping around for a web host to carefully hold his name .com. He is a mortgage professional and is looking for functionality, best ease-of-use, and decent search engine optimization. I would love to say that money is no object but he doesn't want to break the bank as he is just transferring to a new company and will have to spend plenty for new marketing materials. Please help. I am a real estate agent and my host doesn't take care of mortgage professionals.
