Just when we think activity has slowed here in Jackson someone lists a 700 square foot, 2 bedroom condo in town for $425,000.  These units were selling for $200,000 not even two years ago (wish I had bought a few). 

Remodeled in 2005, new appliances, carpet, paint and landscaping the Smith Lane complex does offer the best in the low end price range.  Just steps from Maple Way park.
