Hi Dale, Good advice for homebuyers!  An event like this should give more homebuyers the confidence and information they need to go ahead and purchase a home, especially if they have been in the thinking stage about a home purchase.

Dale: A purchase of a home is a big step whether your first or third. Another reason to have a home inspection to make sure you get what you pay for.

Dale,

My experience shows first time home buyers need a lot of help and instruction. I think many of these seminars are helpful if the session really is geared to helping and not just a advertising commercial for the agent who is hosting.

A very nice event for the first-time home buyer, Dale. The first timers need more coddling and lots more communication throughout the deal.
