The NAHREP is hosting an event, Doing Business with Bank of America 2012 and Beyond: REOs, Short Sales, FHA 203k, and Home Retention, that shouldn’t be missed if you are a Realtor who works with distresses properties. BoA representatives will be present, along with local panelists, to discuss new market changes, new short sale changes, how BoA selects REO and short sale listing agents, how to work with an FHA 203k loan, and new homeownership retention initiatives.

 

I was honored to be invited to be a member of the Short Sale Panel, and I’m thrilled to participate at this event. It certainly shows a lot of promise to learn a lot of useful information in how to work with BoA for years to come.
