For outdoor enthusiasts and horse owners, Colorado is an amazing state. There are four seasons and varied terrain. In the area between Denver and Colorado Springs, if you look to the West, you will find mountains. Look to the East and you will find either rolling hills or wide open plains. Most people think of life in the city as city life. Venture a few miles outside of Denver and you are able to capture a totally different feel. Peaceful and relaxing are the two words that come into mind.

Sondra-What a gorgeous place. I used to have deer in my backyard in NY. Love the loft and fireplace and the amt of acreage. I am seriously thinking of retiring to Colorado. I haven't figured out just where as I have several AR friends who live in different areas of Colorado. My latest place I have found out is Pagosa Springs. Of course there is also Fishhawk where our mutual friend Gayle lives. Best of luck on selling this gorgeous property.
Sondra - Colorado is such a beautiful state to live in with its fresh air, mountains, nature and gorgeous scenery! This home is beautiful - love the open concept kitchen and all the rustic charm it has! Best of luck with a speedy sale!
Sondra, that is a very impressive listing, and my first take on it was so much for the money. Being so close to Denver in that suburb I think it offers the best of close to the city living and with you showing the deer near the property, well you are for sure in the country. The kitchen is fabulous and that has to be the cleanest and neatest barn I have ever seen. Good luck with the sale and assisting prospective buyers with the showings.
Hi Sondra. What an amazing home! Your photos tell the whole story, and that's one of the wonders of living in Colorado. You have lots of home for the money, and lots of space to roam for your horses too. I know it's not very unusual to have deer on the property too. You are making me want to come back for a visit.
Hi there Sondra, beautiful photos and lovely home. Not many words needed with those photos telling the story. :)
