Short Sales: For Realtors in California

I am an investor who focuses on short sales.  The banks still seem to not fully comprehend the speed that the market is declining and the number of houses listed for sale and hence are still not willing to discount to the level I need them to go to.  It is important though to build a case as to how much they will lose if they take the house back.
