5 Comments on Chattahoochee Bend State Park News: Phase I Trails Completed!
Sounds like a nice place to clear the cobwebs and just enjoy nature....especially the short bend.
Good morning Richard,
That is terrific. I love it when new trails are constructed for the betterment of communities. We have a group here called "friends of Tweeties trail" and they have been working on a trail between Johnson City and Elizabethton for years. We are very close to seeing it come alive.
Hi Richard - I love trails! They are so much better than walking on sidewalks. Here we have a rails-to-trails system that converts unused railroad lines into walking and hiking trails and they are awesome! If it weren't raining today, that's where I'd be right now!
Richard, anyone would feel blessed to have the opportunity to walk the trails in Chattahoochee State Park! Such beautiful scenery - and your photos are amazing (love the water reflections!)
Richard,
The completion of the trails will allow visitors to thoroughly enjoy the beauty of nature in Chattahoochee State Park. I too love the colors in your pictures.
