The whole secret of existence is to have NO FEAR... Fear has no right to be within us yet we allow it to be there and at some points control us. Why? When do we develop fear? FEAR is an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real. The way to beat fear is to face it head on. If you are afraid of something--- Just do it. If you think about it you will only let your fear grow bigger but if you face one of your fears everyday then eventual you will run our of fears and The whole secret of existence is to have no fear.
