What does this mean? It’s a subtle improvement in our market for everyone. More buyers are out there getting a better deal (because more properties have sold and the average list price has gone down) but sellers are getting more realistic about their pricing because properties are selling closer to asking price and closer to original price. The total volume of sales is up and this is good for everybody!
