Prostitute's Would Be Good At Marketing Real Estate

I just came across an article that was posted back in September on the Sellsius blog titled 10 Marketing Tips You Can Learn from a Prostitute. It was pretty funny! My favorite tip?

"7. Promise quality and good customer service. The promise may get you a one-time sale but good customer service will have them coming ~~again~~ back."

and of course....

"There is, however, one thing you should avoid in marketing and sales: Screwing your customer."

Funny how you can learn so much from a prostitute, huh? LOL....

This funny post even won them a Humdinger Award!

However tie for first place for the Humdinger Award was this flippin' hilarious video on YouTube! I haven't laughed that hard in a while....

years ago when I had apartments I had problems with prostitutes going door-to-door selling their "merchandise". One thing I learned was that the prostitutes in real life don't look anything like the ones shown on TV.

isn't that what marketing is at the core, prostituting something ... that wold be the definition of it i'd think. you're selling something, so you're prostituting the house or the condo in this case.

For those of you who don't know he's doing a spoof of Chris Crocker, some gender confused young man who cried because people wouldn't leave Britney Spears alone, highly amusing, you should look it up some time. This guy is pretty funny too, not as funny as the original, but still funny. I like when he's like "you come with your API's and Yahoos".

Funny yes, that someone would be that dramatic over a star. He swears he was being serious and those were real tears according to the comments on YouTube. WOW! I think someone has deep issues.....LOL
