The average DOM (Days on Market) was 64 days vs. 72 days in Novemeber so homes closed a little quicker. $125,191 was the Topeka area homes average SOLD price vs. $123,355 in November. Overall, fewer homes were SOLD throughout Topeka Kansas area in the month of December but for a slightly higher average price.
