8 Comments on Summer fun in the sun in my beautiful Fair Oaks CA
Susan you and I think alike! We also remodeled the pool and re-landscaped the back yard. It's a slice of tropical fun each and every day! Have a wonderful summer!
Hey, who needs Santorini when you have a wonderful resort in your own backyard, Susan. Good for you making so many friends so quickly.
Anna - It is a lot of work to keep up such a big yard, but the pool is designed so that its maintenance is pretty simple. So it really is a relaxing place.
Jane - I know what you mean, but I am stil looking forward to going to Santorini with my daughter. She has always wanted to go and planned to do it next year, but a friend she was going to travel with backed out, so I volunteered to go with her (I'm so nice, huh?).
I've seen so many pics of that Greek island...I wanna go tooo!!! You have a great vacation planned...and always have something fun going on....and seems like you have back up as well. Good for you!
Sally - My daughter fell in love with the island ever since she saw "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants", which was filmed there. Since we started making our plans I have bought maps and guidebooks and have been reading travel blogs and we have a pretty good idea of how our trip will go. I'm just hoping nothing goes wild in Greece to change that. So far there's no problem there.
I'm so glad you filled the pool with water and not dirt, it makes diving so much easier. :)
Now I just need to get invited to the Neal Home one day.
Susan
Hmm, Santorini or your pool. Tough choice I suppose, but IO have to say that while your party sounds like fun, the Greek isles is MY idea of a vacation. Great story about the pool.

Tom - I don't do much diving, but water is still much more fun than dirt!
Jeff - I know. But this year I'll put away a little extra money to spend next year in Greece!
