I just sold a lot in WaterColor Florida. The lot is located in Phase III and it is a rear loaded lot. My client required a rear loaded lot because he wanted to have a Garage - Carriage House in the back. Lots in WaterColor have been in high demand and we had to move very quickly to acquire this lot. We had actually lost out on a few others due to high demand and multiple offers, but not this time. We moved fast and my client got a fantastic deal.
