Mortgage Rates Fall to Lowest Level in Four Weeks

Freddie Mac (NYSE:FRE) today released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS) in which the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 6.07 percent with an average 0.5 point for the week ending January 3, 2008, down from last week when it averaged 6.17 percent as well.
